The use and scope of Rockwell hardness tester

Rockwell hardness tester is designed according to the principle of Rockwell hardness test. Its measurement range is: 20 ~ 88HRA; 20 ~ 100 HRB; 20 ~ 70HRC Rockwell hardness value. The hardness tester is manufactured according to the national standard GB2848 ~ 92 "technical conditions of Rockwell hardness tester". It has the advantages of simple structure, stable indicating value and convenient operation and maintenance. It can be used to measure the Rockwell hardness of hard alloy, hardened steel, carburizing steel and malleable cast iron. Widely used in machinery factories, metallurgical plants, colleges and universities, laboratories, etc.

Ruler A: Used for the determination of metals (such as tungsten carbide, cemented carbide, etc.) whose hardness exceeds 70HRC. It can also be used for the determination of hard sheet materials and hardened surface materials.

Ruler C: used to determine the hardness of steel products after overheating treatment.

Ruler B: for the determination of soft or medium hardness metals and unhardened steel products.
